At least that's what people say.While reviewing dashcam footage, the Dover Police Department in Delaware found footage of something quite amusing: an officer jamming to Taylor Swift's "Shake It Off."He starts singing in the cop car:"I stay out too late. Got nothing in my brain. That's what people say, mmm-mmm. That's what people say, mmm-mmm." Priceless. And he gets into it with some head bobbing.
